Gun left in Babcock Ranch restaurant bathroom

I was recently interviewed by WINK News after a careless concealed weapon owner left his gun in a restaurant bathroom in Babcock Ranch. There are currently no penalties set out in the law for carelessness. It’s one of the dangers of the conceal handgun law.
